Todd Gerstenberger, Service Manager Todd is the best service manager we have had the pleasure to work with in all of our years of owning a car. We have had all of the service for our 20 Todd is the best service manager we have had the pleasure to work with in all of our years of owning a car. We have had all of the service for our 2014 Sorento done at Jim Marsh KIA and this is because of Todd and his advice and monitoring to ensure our maintenance is done.
