Long story short, my daughter drove from Las Vegas to Los Ange paid over $600 to have them not tighten lug nuts on front wheels jeopardizing safety. They only have 5 lugs on each wheel with 4 of them on the front wheels not tightened, a tragic/fatal accident could have occurred.
