We found a new Jeep we wanted to purchase from this dealership, asked for a quote, got it and then called and spoke to them about our trade in. We were driving in from another state and we were promis dealership, asked for a quote, got it and then called and spoke to them about our trade in. We were driving in from another state and we were promised $30,000 for our trade In. When we got there they didn't give us $30,000 but gave us some crap about a trade in credit from another State so they could only give us 26,000. Then they told us the Jeep we picked out was $10,000 more than the quoted price! xxxx NO! Finally the agreed to give us the price we were quoted in the email but proceeded to add other costs into the loan and it was all complete xx but we really needed to upgrade as we had just bought a travel trailer and our Wrangler couldn't pull that much weight. We were exhausted and signed the paperwork and left, that is when I found out they charged us a bunch of crap charges. I have tried to contact them, the refuse to call me back, answer my emails etc, I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office and they refuse to respond! BAD PLACE IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! More

I already had private financing approved and the salesman knew of this and was provided a copy of the approval/financal draft. This new deal was sprung on me at the last minute while in financing. If I walked away from the deal, I would have lost the deposit. The dealership has never responded with anything other than it's internal pricing. Watch out for this dealer and it's financing options. Those are more expensive. More

Disrespectful, rude and unfriendly staff. Salesman was pushy then needed a smoke break in the middle of talking numbers then walked off and said “I don’t need your money”. After that he had the sales manager come and talk to us, who was also very pushy and unapologetic for his employee. As we walked out the sales manager then yelled for the entire sales room to hear “That we should go to Prestige”. Will never go here again when inquiring a car nor do I recommend anyone else go there and support them. More
