Worst dealership I've probably ever dealt with. Made an appointment for my Jeep on 7/12/23 and dropped my car off first thing in the morning. It then took them a week before they even looked at it. They could not take the time to call, text, or email me any updates. I can see why now seeing as they never got to it. I had to physically stop in on 7/21 with my rental car which I purchased out of pocket myself just to get any answer at all. I finally received a response from my service manager Orville on 7/27 with what the problem is and that my extended warranty is not going to cover most of it. They are asking for $6,755.06 and asking me to shell out at least $3,600 due to a defective cyliner head that fails 50% of the time according to Jeep. I never even received a call back from the service manager who was conveniently able to respond to my Google review minutes after I posted it to contact him back with no response whatsoever. Deeply regretting buying a Jeep and especially taking it to this dealership. AVOID More

Chris Leoni, the rep who I dealt with, was disrespectful and self righteous. I would sooner light $20,000 on fire than give this joke my money. My wife and I purchased a pre owned vehicle and we had the best experience ever at a dealership Johnny was our salesman and the Manager “Pineapple. We didn’t have the best credit to start with and the Salesman told us we will help you out the best way we can we went to 2 other dealerships and they couldn’t help us. We were starting to lose our confidence Bottom line is that we were treated like family at Jim Marsh Jeep they took their time and it worked out they got us approved .We never experienced this at a car dealership before.
