Honest and Effecient My wife and I arrived at 8:30 for an appointment set up by Mariana. We were immediately greeted by Daniel who took us straight to the new Jeep we were My wife and I arrived at 8:30 for an appointment set up by Mariana. We were immediately greeted by Daniel who took us straight to the new Jeep we were interested in. We had a car we were looking to trade out of and still did not have financing secured for the new Jeep. When talking price and trade numbers I was given straight answers to every question. The price was fair, the trade was fair and I didn't have to go back and forth about dealer add on fees. When Daniel was presenting the numbers I was not given a "Four Square" to look at, and we went down the page line by line. Their financing offer was fair but halfway through the discussion the pre approval from my bank came in which they gladly took care of. Financing was just as efficient. I politely declined most of the addons except gap coverage. Amy was extremely polite and professional and explained everything we were signing. No high pressure sales and no last minute changes to interest rate. I half expected the usual all day horrible dealer experience. However I couldn't be more wrong. From the time we drove on the lot to taking our new Jeep home was just over 2 hours. During that two hours I had nothing but friendly, professional, and honest interactions. Would not hesitate to buy from again. More
