Poor Attention to Detail We went to Jim Marsh because it is where we purchased our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We looked at a few Jeep Cherokees. We decided we liked a new 2019 We went to Jim Marsh because it is where we purchased our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We looked at a few Jeep Cherokees. We decided we liked a new 2019 Cherokee Altitude with the Blackout Package and the 2.0L Turbo engine. Johnny got the Stock # confused and quoted another vehicle. We said we wanted to talk it over and we would return the next day. When the error was discovered the next day of course the car was 2500 dollars more than originally quoted. We left. I called the next day and again, of course Johnny wasn't there. Nate took over. I said get me your DROP DEAD PRICE. Nate called back with a number we could live with. When we showed up the next morning the car they had tagged as SOLD to Don and Suzie Wells wasn't the 2019 Cherokee Altitude with the Blackout Package and the 2.0L Turbo engine. It was 2019 and had the turbo but nothing else the one we wanted. Again the one we wanted was more money. We walked out and won't return even for Service on our Grand Cherokee. More
