I was very surprised by the customer service at Jim Marsh! I emailed them with a few requests and instead of trying to convince me to come in so they could try and manipulate me (like all car salesmen Marsh! I emailed them with a few requests and instead of trying to convince me to come in so they could try and manipulate me (like all car salesmen do), they just gave me what I asked for. Straight up, no B.S. It was refreshing to feel like you’re not being “worked over” by a dealership. We figured out the car we wanted, with the superb help of Charlene and had the deal set up before I even walked out of my house. At the dealership, Johnny took care of the rest and showed us how to work almost everything in the car. He also sent us videos, so we could learn more on our own. I have never had a dealership walk me through so many details! The best part of it all was Charlene though. She was so helpful, kind, personable and didn’t try to B.S. me once. She felt like a long time family friend by the end of the day! The entire experience was phenomenal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anytime. More

Our sales rep, Pedro, was excellent! He brought the vehicles to my home before we went to the dealership, which was a great help since we have a 9 month old. We decided on a Jeep and when we went to si vehicles to my home before we went to the dealership, which was a great help since we have a 9 month old. We decided on a Jeep and when we went to sign our documents, we ended up going a different vehicle in order to get a V6 instead of the V8. I felt terrible for the change since he had already gotten the vehicle ready but Pedro was so patient and understanding during the whole process. He got our new car ready and helped show us all of the new features. When we had questions the next day, he was available by text and even responded on HIS DAY OFF! He is a great salesperson and we would love to work with him again in the future. Jeannine in Finance is also wonderful! She was very understanding that we had a 9 month old who was fed up with waiting for us to be done. She helped the process go quickly and she genuinely seemed to enjoy having our daughter with us. She made the experience pleasant. At one point, I had to sit on the floor in order to keep my daughter calm. She actually brought me the documents to sign while I was sitting on the floor so that we didn’t disrupt the baby! This was the 4th new car that I’ve bought and it was the best experience so far! More

Wow I mean when we were looking for a Jeep we had visited at least two other dealerships but when we met Johnny at Jim marsh you could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell us a car for ou a Jeep we had visited at least two other dealerships but when we met Johnny at Jim marsh you could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell us a car for our money but genuinely cared about what we wanted and what we could afford and gave us honest opinions that led us to getting the perfect car without feeling like we got sucked in to anything.
