We only found out for for someone posted on Facebook, showing the mechanic in the drive thru of In n Out. Also you’ll bring in for one thing and they’ll find 5 other things wrong. This place will rip you off. And last take pictures of your vehicle before dropping off, I had someone hit it with a golf cart and didn’t own up to it until i brought to the managers attention and it was seen on their camera. Shady employees. As far as buying used, stay clear of this place. They sold me a Jeep that the service manager said, on recording “It should have been auctioned off and he wouldn’t allow his daughter to drive it. That’s dangerous!” The service manager on recording states,” This Jeep was sold to me with the wrong tires for the rims. They put spacers on the rims so they could put these large tires on. This is dangerous!” The tires have broke off the rim twice now. A dangerous vehicle they’ve sold me. Brought it into service countless times, they say they’ve fixed the issue only for the tires to come off again a month later. Guess we have to roll this vehicle and someone has to die for Jim Marsh to own his mistake. More
