Well all I can say is buyer beware they ripped me off so bad. When I went to trade the car in the new dealer was like wow you got took to the cleaners. I paid more for a 2023 Kia Forte basic model than I di bad. When I went to trade the car in the new dealer was like wow you got took to the cleaners. I paid more for a 2023 Kia Forte basic model than I did for a fully loaded 2026 Hyundai Sonata. The finance manager at the new dealership said they must’ve laughed all the way to the bank they made so much money on you. That should be criminal off to rip someone off that much. We’re doing wonderful. Their slogan is if you don’t drive here you can’t save here. They should change it truthfully it should read if you don’t drive here. We can’t rip you off. Lastly check your car thoroughly. Ours didn’t even come with a spare tire and went in. I had a flat and called them They just laughed at me on the phone More

Online price was $47K On lot price was $52K After waiting almost 2hrs for numbers I was presented w/$61K They didn’t want to honor any discounts by Jeep! I thought Bill was very RUDE! No amount of fast talking was going to convince me that I needed that Jeep. They were advertising for a lower price and then charging way over!! Because as Bill stated they were not making any money!? Spare me! Bait & Switch! And he wanted to make excuses for staff not “knowing” current Jeep offers!! As a prior customer of Jim Marsh shame on you! Shame on you!! More

Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep is a business that echoes the owner Jim Marsh's own personal values. MR. MARSH still shows up every day at 93 years old and has his hands in everything. I had a issue with my ser owner Jim Marsh's own personal values. MR. MARSH still shows up every day at 93 years old and has his hands in everything. I had a issue with my service contract and the General manager himself, Jim Del Grosso litterly invited me in his office and went to work immediately to help me get a resolution. Jeff the service was also instrumental in helping me with my problem. The service department was as efficient as one could hope for. Mike Rain was attentive and got my vehicle in and out just as he promised on each time my vehicle went in for service. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Thank you Team Jim Marsh, remember it all starts at the top!!! Thank you again GM Jim Del Grosso for going the extra mile to help me out!!! More

I was visiting from Phoenix. I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing me do drive under 60mph and turn off my AC on hills on the way to Las Vegas. I took my Jeep to the Prestige Jeep dealership near my hotel to get it checked out and they wouldn't give me the time of day they and said they were too busy to help me out. I then took my Jeep to the nearby Jim Marsh dealership who, despite being just as busy, looked at my Jeep the same day and deemed that it was safe to drive back to Phoenix a few days later to have my local dealership look at it. I was helped by service advisor Michael Rains who was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help me out. It was very heartwarming to know that there are people out there who go out of there way to help others in need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle at Jim Marsh knowing I have the support of an amazing service department. More
