I was visiting from Phoenix. I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing me do drive under 60mph and turn off my AC on hills on the way to Las Vegas. I took my Jeep to the Prestige Jeep dealership near my hotel to get it checked out and they wouldn't give me the time of day they and said they were too busy to help me out. I then took my Jeep to the nearby Jim Marsh dealership who, despite being just as busy, looked at my Jeep the same day and deemed that it was safe to drive back to Phoenix a few days later to have my local dealership look at it. I was helped by service advisor Michael Rains who was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help me out. It was very heartwarming to know that there are people out there who go out of there way to help others in need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle at Jim Marsh knowing I have the support of an amazing service department. More

Saw a vehicle advertised for $19,500 on Cargurus as well as their website. Visited the dealership and wanted to see what deal they could offer me with a trade in for my current vehicle. Test drive went as their website. Visited the dealership and wanted to see what deal they could offer me with a trade in for my current vehicle. Test drive went great, when it came to talk about numbers, I had a feeling we would be too far apart and we were. Be aware of all of the markups on their used vehicles, they were unable to waive and or remove these options. CILAJET: $999.00 BT SECURITY: $795.00 KEY REPLACEMENT: $245.00 CAT COVERAGE: $695.00 BATTERY: $595.00 A total of $3,329 added that was not on Carguru's and while it may be on their website, it is very bait and switch. I came in not wanting to do an auto loan because that is my preference and when the manager came out, he started pushing real hard on me getting an auto loan. Very condescending attitude, he asked if I paid fees on my home purchase and cell phone. The total price that he said while I was there was $30k after taxes, title, fees and markups. This is on a vehicle that was listed for $19.5 with no Warranty. I did not have the same experience when I bought my Honda at their dealership. My vehicle price was what it was online, other than taxes and fees which is of course fair. I guess that's what I get for trying to buy a Honda at a Chrysler dealership. More
I am currently looking for a vehicle. I stopped by here since I live close by and saw a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 listed for $29,195. That's a little more than I wanted to spend but decided to I stopped by here since I live close by and saw a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 listed for $29,195. That's a little more than I wanted to spend but decided to go all in on it since it was an exceptional price and a beautiful truck. The Carfax is showing an accident on it so I figured that was probably why the price was so low. I looked for a salesperson to assist me with hopefully purchasing the truck. I located a guy just standing there. After determining that he worked there, I told him the vehicle I was interested in potentially buying. After a few minutes, he met me by the truck. I was extremely excited at the thought of buying and owning this truck. And then the salesman told me the following, "Look, man. I don't want to waste your time or mine. The price listed is NOT the price you're going to pay for it." I was confused, I said, "What do you mean?" He said people don't read the fine print. He said that they used to advertise the actual price, but nobody would come in because the prices were too high. So, the dealership decided to start advertising extremely low prices that are not the actual prices in order to start getting people to come in. He said that people get very upset with him because they don't get the correct price until after all the paperwork has been done, which is thousands of dollars more than what it is advertised for. He told me that off the top of his head, the real price of that truck I was looking at was going to be approximately $40,000. I told him that I wanted an exact figure and not a ballpark estimate. He said that was not going to happen unless I was serious and did the paperwork first. I asked him why I couldn't get an exact price and he said, "Because of what people do." I said, "What do you mean because of what people do??? I'm trying to compare prices so that I can get the best deal for myself!" He said, "Exactly. They don't want that. That's why you won't get the correct figure until after you do the paperwork," So you mean to tell me that you will do a hard pull on my credit and then come back with $10,000+ over what the advertised sticker price is????" He said it's not him doing that, but rather the dealership. Ironically, I left that place very pissed off with that salesman. That sleazy tactic should be illegal!!! I don't know how they can get away with that! If I could give it zero stars I would! Do not come here unless you're okay with being duped! It's crazy because my mother-in-law is a repeat customer of Jim Marsh Kia, as her and my wife both have Kias. I know they are different dealerships, but they are both under Jim Marsh. I will not be giving my business to any dealership with the name Jim Marsh attached. Ever. More
If a negative stars was available Jim Marsh would definitely take the cake. First vehicle purchased, had severe electronical issues 4 miles after leaving dealership, first told battery issue will tak definitely take the cake. First vehicle purchased, had severe electronical issues 4 miles after leaving dealership, first told battery issue will take 1.5 hours, 40 minutes into that we were told that it could take days (this is a brand new vehicle) and we would be given an update and that did not happen the next day we called and left messages and nothing. Only until we said we were going to cancel the check did we get a call back and told it’s not a big deal you should have a car by Monday, after stating there is loss of income the guy called Eddie aka Pineapple hangs up on us. The original sales man Khalid the only one with integrity calls us back and puts us in another vehicle and 3 days later the new vehicle is in service again, again told it’s a battery issue. Said they will provide a rental car but of course one not of the same class that we can use for work. Then a week later the vehicle won’t shut off, all sorts or system alerts on. Only nice when selling then your are treated like crap. They did NOT honor military discount and other things. That’s how they treat 90% disabled veteran. Please be advised that if you are having issues you can file a complaint with the DMV on the dealership. More
