I personally fail to see how as a General Manager you were not made aware that we were sold NOT 1 but 2 bad vehicles in a 24 hour period. As I am responding to this the vehicle still has issues after several visits to the service department. Loss of use is loss of income which the dealership has no concern of. Absolutely nothing has been done to make good on the two lemons Jim Marsh Jeep has sold to us. Just a hang up on a call, from a person who calls himself pineapple, a please remove your review it affects the sales man. Original sales person Khalid was responsive until the review , Issac had the audacity to say what the $50 I made on your deal and on our 5th visit another person on the lot told us of this sometimes happens, pretty scary on two back to back vehicles in 24 hours. Talk is cheap and that’s all that has your team has done no action.

Update the GM called back of course there was no responsibility taken by Jim Marsh what was told is that Jeep is having quality control issues and they already had to sell 3 back. So we will be taking that up with Jeep. The million dollar question would be why would the dealership still continue to sell the vehicles without properly inspecting them??? Clearly shows that there is no concern on their part except to push a sale and then the problem is no longer theirs. Definitely a BIG RED FLAG knowingly selling when there is highly likely issues with vehicles we are living proof of that 2 back to back vehicles with issues…..Any they do nothing
