First time car buyers beware I bought a used 2001 Tahoe from them January 2016. The lady in the financial office assured me I'd be able to refinance my loan after 6-12 months of on time payments. Well being a first time car buyer with no credit history, I got stuck with a 19.99% interest rate. Little did I know, NO bank will refinance a vehicle that is 16 years old. On top of that, my Tahoe has soft spots in the frame. So over a year later of on time payments I've barely made a dent in the loan on a truck that will likely rust from the inside out before I finish paying it off. I was referred to a sales guy that could supposedly help me get it traded in. Well I talked to him and he offered me like $1200. Like a 5th of what I'm paying for it. Well more than that after the $1200 down payment. These guys are nasty in the way they practice business. Stick with Craigslist or private sales for used vehicles. You may get screwed but it won't be as hard as Lupient Infiniti screws first time car buyers. More
only 1 intelligent key sold with the car I purchased a used car about 2 months ago from this dealership. it was a different make than the dealer sold. after I spent all day dealing with negot I purchased a used car about 2 months ago from this dealership. it was a different make than the dealer sold. after I spent all day dealing with negotiating and finance, I was only handed 1 key when I left. I said immediately that I will need another key, and my sales person said that he would contact the previous owner and get back to me. No follow-up. I was shocked that a dealership would sell a car that uses an intelligent key, without giving the customer 2 keys. to have a key made, it will cost at least $200 out of my pocket.I have left several messages to my sales person, and even went in to demand to speak to a manager. the used car manager, Paul, said he would order an additional key, and contact me when it came in. well, that was 4 weeks ago. there is not follow up. no returned voicemails. next time I go in, I am going to the BBB with my complaint. just because I didn't buy a brand new car, doesn't mean I should be treated with this kind of disrespect! I will never purchase from here again. More

Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed what I was looking for and I would not accept any HARD SELL. The next step was I gave them a price of a vehicle that I was very seriously considering...a model from the same brand as we have been driving. Gave them my trade-in value. I told Mary, "don't waste my time...if you can do better, call me. They did MUCH better taking us from a nice brand to the upscale INFINITI QX30 model...more vehicle and a better price. The deal was done. They did not push "add ons" etc. We are thrilled with our new INFINITI even though our dealer is 60 miles away...it was and is well worth the travel!!! More

Great car buying experience Weeks ago I stopped into this Infinity dealer looking for a used M56x as they seemed to be hard to find. I met Vladimar who was very nice and professional and asked him to keep a look out for one. I didn't know if I would get a call back but last Friday he let me know one was just traded in and it was exactly what I was looking with all the options. They were very fair in pricing they competed all services and detailed the car, it looked great and I am very happy. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I have purchased several nice autos and I found everybody at this dealership very pleasant to work with. I just wanted to say thanks again for keeping my info and helping me find this very nice sedan. Thanks again, Eric More
Run as fast as you can away!!! Lies and Cheats I bought a car from them with a trade in. The next day the transmission and the engine mounts were shot. I had the extended warranty, thank goodness.. I dropped the car off and for over a MONTH they kept it. It was always one thing or another. No one would call me back or even answer their voice mail. I finally was able to have multiple discussions with Art who is the Manager at the bargain lot where this was purchased, (however EVERYTHING was done through this dealership), who was so stating he was making things right and that they are so sorry. BULL... So after Art calls me and over and over again because I have just been asking for my old car back and lets me done, this is crazy stupid.. Art says that he has not only put in new engine mounts but a new transmission as well. LIES LIES LIES I get the car and the next day it slips so hard that I felt like I got rear ended. I called right away and guess what??? No one will answer the phone and when I go there, no one is there that can help; I have now made it a joke that I call 2 times a week and leave messages and it has been a month and not 1 call back!! As a female first time buyer, I am disgusted at the lies that they told and the lack of being human beings. They used MY FULL and every cent of the warranty that I BOUGHT to fix something that they NEVER EVER Fixed. I More
Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue. Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department l Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department logged our interactions regarding an issue with the interior paint coverings peeling off. Even worse they said they still would cover it had Lupient Infiniti logged this issue. I guess it was more important for the service rep to try and get $1000+ in service and parts from me than try to work on behalf of the customer. Thanks for dropping the ball guys. More
Great Dealership, Just Not The Right Car. Ugh. This is a tough review to write. My wife and I were prepared to purchase a fully loaded Q50 from Sandy Lange. She's been great--extremely communi Ugh. This is a tough review to write. My wife and I were prepared to purchase a fully loaded Q50 from Sandy Lange. She's been great--extremely communicative, super friendly, super transparent, and willing to work with our unique situation. We felt quite welcomed each time we went to Lupient. I honestly can't say a single bad thing about the experience--with the exception of the GM over there, who reminded me of Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore. We got the sense that we weren't in the "fiscal situation" for a luxury car. At least, that was my impression. So, we put the 1,000 down on the car. And everything was set to go. However, because the dealership didn't carry a Q50 with all of the features we wanted, we opted to not do a test drive. Well, as the week passed, I decided to look at some other cars to be on the safe side. What I realized, is that we hadn't done a thorough test drive or walkthrough of the Q50. So we decided to go back to Lupient and try it. Sandy wasn't there that night but Morgan was great and handed us the keys and we were on our way. First thing we noticed is that the adaptive steering felt very disconnected from the car, despite trying it in every possible mode. This was really the issue. Greg honored his promise to refund us without a blink of an eye. We felt terrible--we really liked Sandy, but the Q50 seems to be a few steps away from being a truly refined vehicle. With that being said, if you're in the market for an Infiniti THIS is the place to go. Ask for Sandy or Greg. Avoid Shooter McGavin. More
Brake Job from xxxx I went in for a break job and a gas tank issue. On the break job, I was quoted approx. $300 to fix them. After the completed the job, the told me the break would cost double what they quoted me. To try and hide/disguise this total sales process breach (doing 2x the work and telling the customer after the fact), they told me they gave me a 10% discount. It took me hours on the phone, and a rude service tech, to explain to the whole service department that this is not how a customer should be treated. They eventually came to their senses and did not change me for more than what they quoted but believe me, it was not easy to explain what I believe to be how to provide simple customer service. More

I had been looking for months for the right color and equipment and after finding "the one" I contacted Jamie via email. After talking to Jamie I knew I was in good hands! I indicated that I needed a 4.5 out of 5 stars on the condition of this car, and going over my concerns and additional photos he sent, he assured me there were going to be no surprises once I saw the car. Have I said I was driving over 400 miles to look at this car, for the first time? Jamie was totally low pressure and profession all the way. So I drive to MN and Jamie was spot on, no surprises and I bought the car. Kathy was able to secure very competitive financing and Jamie's delivery of the vehicle was so smooth and not rushed. He even called me in the car halfway home making sure everything was good (at 11pm). Jamie is a great salesman and now a friend. More
