The fact is they do not inspect what they mark off as checked. They just mark the vehicle at a higher price to trick their buyers in believing that they are getting value when purchasing a certified pre-owned. We purchased, what we thought was, a beautifully sound 2015 Q70L. Week later had to replace the brakes, week after that had to replace auxiliary cooling fans, week after that had to replace the AC compressor clutch. Noticed the acceleration is off. Brought it to two dealers, second one reprogrammed computer. This worked for a couple weeks, and is back to it's old intermittent acceleration issue. Too many other issues to mention in one post..... But my suggestion is...Never buy anything from Jim Lupient Infinity St. Louis Park! Especially a certified pre-owned vehicle. More

Both cars are still going strong with 0 problems besides the usual and normal wear and tear of components that degrade over time. A major reason for these cars doing well is because of the exceptional care, and attention that we have received from Peter Peloquin. He is very knowledgeable about the brand, the intricate details behind the mechanics of both cars and is accurate in his assessment on the service needed. Now, we understand that dealerships service vehicles at a premium. However, one cannot put a $ amount on trust. We trust Peter and so have no issues paying a bit extra for the services. Our two cars are still on the road and are an envy to many around us - yup! Infiniti makes reliable vehicles - all one needs to do is follow proper maintenance procedures/schedules. Thanks Peter and the Lupient Service Staff for the help over the years. More
No interested in meeting customer needs I had a particular car I wanted to buy and they played around telling me such a car wasn't available. When I showed them CarGuru and website listings I had a particular car I wanted to buy and they played around telling me such a car wasn't available. When I showed them CarGuru and website listings they still said they couldn't get it. They had lots of lines: they never bring in cars from the east coast, then it's gonna cost you, then, it's been sold after making a deal with us and more. Aren't you interested in what we have on the lot? That blue is a nice color. I didn't want what they had there and didn't appreciate being talked to like a silly girl. The salesman Randy claimed he never got our emails and rarely returned calls. Greg didn't return my calls either. The communication was the worst. Truly took the joy out of getting s new car. I'd never use them again and I'd advise you to go elsewhere too. More
Watch out Service department is horrible This dealership has the biggest lack of communication with the client I have ever seen. Long story short, after bringing my 2014 q50 in for service for warranty issues. I gave a survey about my experience I received from Infiniti corporate. It was not a good survey score they received, actually 138 out of 1000 to be exact from what Chad Hanley, who supposedly likelikes to identify himself as the service manager when his business card states "assistant service mangager" wow lying employees. I contacted Lupient corporate about how poor of experience I have had at the dealer for service. Chad then told me my car was done and even admitted one of my issues with the car was better on his q50 but refused to perform any work and decided to ban me from the dealership. When asked who made the decision, he said he did. Wow, didn't even consulte upper management about banning me. I am now dealing with Infiniti consumer affairs. This dealership should be shut down. I will tell every single person I talk to, to not visit this dealership or do any business. Also watch out they may tamper with your email address you provide so they don't receive a bad survey. This store needs to be out of business. More
Sandy Lange, Simply the best. Me and my wife recently purchased a fully loaded QX56 from Sandy Lange at Jim Lupient Infiniti, she was very friendly and communicative. From the mom Me and my wife recently purchased a fully loaded QX56 from Sandy Lange at Jim Lupient Infiniti, she was very friendly and communicative. From the moment we walked into dealership, she made us feel welcome by greeting us, listen to our needs, asking the right questions, and gives the right advice, we felt at ease and comfortable, felt no pressure from her to make a sale. She took her time to explain all the features in the car and we found her to be very knowledgeable and great people person. She kept us updated throughout the entire process, and even call couple of days later to find out our satisfaction with the car. Very Professional, simply the best. Sincerely, Mr & Mrs Aina. More

A great first car buying experience to remember After having visited a few other dealerships, I brought my daughter into Lupient Infinity. From the get go, the staff made everything attempt to make After having visited a few other dealerships, I brought my daughter into Lupient Infinity. From the get go, the staff made everything attempt to make sure we had a positive buying experience. This began with Vladimir from the sales team. My daughter was treated with respect and it was obvious, that she was viewed as a potential customer for life. After completing the test drive, she was very interested in a vehicle. We made an offer contingent upon an alignment. When the car returned from the alignment it was reported that approx $900 worth of work was needed to replace some worn components; in order for the front end to be properly aligned. Having made an offer on an "as is" used car (already at the top of my daughter's budget) I was prepared to explain to her that these things don't always work out as expected. However, Nathan Bard (executive manager) was making the rounds speaking with customers. He stopped by to speak with my daughter and me about our experience at the dealership. Upon learning tue situation with the car, he authorized the repairs to the vehicle while still honoring my daughter's original offer. It would have been very easy for him to say it wouldn't work out and just auction off the car layet. His understanding of the situation, his awareness of the reputation of the dealership, and his customer service attitude make him invaluable to the business. As follow-up to the work on the vehicle after the sale (and icing on the cake) Peter from the maintenance team followed up To let us know that the repairs went well and everything was "good to go". My daughter couldn't have had a better first car buying experience. She had already begun to recommend Lupient to her friends, and feels very comfortable giving her business to them in future years. Thanks for making this a great time for my daughter! More

The lady in the financial office assured me I'd be able to refinance my loan after 6-12 months of on time payments. Well being a first time car buyer with no credit history, I got stuck with a 19.99% interest rate. Little did I know, NO bank will refinance a vehicle that is 16 years old. On top of that, my Tahoe has soft spots in the frame. So over a year later of on time payments I've barely made a dent in the loan on a truck that will likely rust from the inside out before I finish paying it off. I was referred to a sales guy that could supposedly help me get it traded in. Well I talked to him and he offered me like $1200. Like a 5th of what I'm paying for it. Well more than that after the $1200 down payment. These guys are nasty in the way they practice business. Stick with Craigslist or private sales for used vehicles. You may get screwed but it won't be as hard as Lupient Infiniti screws first time car buyers. More
only 1 intelligent key sold with the car I purchased a used car about 2 months ago from this dealership. it was a different make than the dealer sold. after I spent all day dealing with negot I purchased a used car about 2 months ago from this dealership. it was a different make than the dealer sold. after I spent all day dealing with negotiating and finance, I was only handed 1 key when I left. I said immediately that I will need another key, and my sales person said that he would contact the previous owner and get back to me. No follow-up. I was shocked that a dealership would sell a car that uses an intelligent key, without giving the customer 2 keys. to have a key made, it will cost at least $200 out of my pocket.I have left several messages to my sales person, and even went in to demand to speak to a manager. the used car manager, Paul, said he would order an additional key, and contact me when it came in. well, that was 4 weeks ago. there is not follow up. no returned voicemails. next time I go in, I am going to the BBB with my complaint. just because I didn't buy a brand new car, doesn't mean I should be treated with this kind of disrespect! I will never purchase from here again. More
The best dealership I have ever worked with. Outstanding! The experience was excellent. I started with an e-mail and explained my situation and my expectations. Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed The experience was excellent. I started with an e-mail and explained my situation and my expectations. Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed what I was looking for and I would not accept any HARD SELL. The next step was I gave them a price of a vehicle that I was very seriously considering...a model from the same brand as we have been driving. Gave them my trade-in value. I told Mary, "don't waste my time...if you can do better, call me. They did MUCH better taking us from a nice brand to the upscale INFINITI QX30 model...more vehicle and a better price. The deal was done. They did not push "add ons" etc. We are thrilled with our new INFINITI even though our dealer is 60 miles away...it was and is well worth the travel!!! More
