Very poor service experience. Poor service experience and apathy towards issue dealer could not fix. Dont let this place fool you. It is full of the typical "used car salesman" stereotypes! They do not care about the customer. I purchased a used car here and found a crack in the windshield driving home f "used car salesman" stereotypes! They do not care about the customer. I purchased a used car here and found a crack in the windshield driving home from the dealership. I was told by Eric that I should check with my insurance company about repair and if they wouldn't fix it to call the dealership back and they would take care of the repair. Eric claimed he had no idea there was a crack in the windshield. When the glass repairman came to my house, I was told the crack had already been filled and there was nothing he could do. When I contacted the dealership to see what they were going to do to repair it, I was told to contact Darrin the used car sales manager. I have tried calling him, left messages and have never heard back. Eric also wont return an email or offer any form of apology or solution to my problem. Considering how dishonest this entire place is, I'm incredibly nervous about the car I purchased and its actual condition. Do NOT purchase a car here. They are dishonest and provide terrible customer service! More

Would not tell me of any accidents, service, or recalls the car I was looking at had. Asked about a Carfax, and they looked at me like I was stupid. Salesmen did not go over any features at delivery, unlike another dealership doing it on my wife's used car. They washed the car, if you want to call it that. They just sprayed the hose and delivered it dripping with water, didn't dry it. Have to take it back to honor their lifetime warranty. When asked the service advisor about it, he stated he knew nothing about it and would need to ask his supervisor. Moronic response. At 1st service, advisor stated all the things I had wrong was known issues with past and current Nissan/Infiniti. Why in the xxxx hasn't these been addressed and it is still issues with them. More
Tough to get answers, feels like you are being tricked Recently brought our vehicle in for a recall and wound up leaving worse off then when we dropped it off. It was a constant struggle to get explanations on the $2000 of recommendations they proposed and in the end I have to service my vehicle myself or bring it to another dealer. Definitely won’t be back here and even more so would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. Going back to Toyota for our next vehicle...Too bad, I liked our Infiniti. More
