This is our first venture into the luxury SUV world. My husband checked out all of the dealers who had vehicles in the same class as the EX35. My husband came home so excited and raving on about the EX35 and Mary (the sales rep) and Kathy (the finance rep)(this was the only place that elicited that response from him) that I knew that was the SUV I wanted. When I walked in with my husband approx 60 minutes later that same evening, Mary began "selling" me on the vehicle - my response was that she had already sold the vehicle and I was just here to pick out the color's and options.
