We have always had good service there. The service people are always very nice. I really like Lisa Polson, she is very professional while being friendly at the same time. This is our first venture into the luxury SUV world. My husband checked out all of the dealers who had vehicles in the same class as the EX35. One local dealer's sales staff was so arrogant that they scattered as my husband entered the dealership. That definitely did NOT happen at Jim Lupient Infiniti. My husband came home so excited and raving on about the EX35 and Mary (the sales rep) and Kathy (the finance rep)(this was the only place that elicited that response from him) that I knew that was the SUV I wanted. When I walked in with my husband approx 60 minutes later that same evening, Mary began "selling" me on the vehicle - my response was that she had already sold the vehicle and I was just here to pick out the color's and options. I am looking forward to a long and rewarding partnership with Jim Lupient Infiniti. Great vehicle, great staff, and outstanding service - you will not be disappointed. More
