Service on 2014 Altima I am a transplant to Memphis. Moved here about 5 years ago. So when I need things done I have to rely on word of mouth. I originally brought my 2007 I am a transplant to Memphis. Moved here about 5 years ago. So when I need things done I have to rely on word of mouth. I originally brought my 2007 Sentra to be serviced by you all and I always received EXCELLENT service. And yesterday, March 14, 2007 when I brought in my 2014 Altima for recall service, was no exception. Tyree told me that for the 3 services the expected wait time would be about 2 and a half hours. I came prepared. Head phones... Netflix password. I settled in and prepared to watch a couple episodes of one of my shows. Half way through the second episode Tyree came to get me and said they were all done. I couldn't believe that they had shaved an entire hour off my wait. I'll probably always drive a Nissan. And as long as I live in Memphis, I will bring them to Jim Keras for service. More
Best service ever. Couldn't be better! The service provided included oil change, recall for my transmission software, new tires and balance which Robert (Brim) Brimhal Couldn't be better!
