They’re mostly very nice folks who unfortunately largely followed up with action. After 4 service visits, I decided that they either were unable or unwilling to fix my 2018 Colorado that has a failed transmission at 11k miles. They use a weird scheduling and appointment system different than most dealerships. They flat out refused to schedule an appointment for a repair that General Motors even said I needed. More

Tried to charge me 3 times what they quoted online My vehicle needed a 105k mile service. On their website, they have this posted for $369.99. They call me back 1 hr after the scheduled service was to My vehicle needed a 105k mile service. On their website, they have this posted for $369.99. They call me back 1 hr after the scheduled service was to begin saying the transmission fluid replacement alone (part of the 105k mile service) was over $300 and the total cost was more than $1100. I informed David that the price online was $369.99 for the service which includes transmission fluid replacement, spark plug replacement, and transfer case fluid replacement. He said he would look in to this and call me right back. 3 Hours later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. He informed me my price was correct. Great! I guess, I will come down and pick it up soon since you said it would be ready around lunch time. Well, they may or may not have started yet, and it won't be ready until 5...possibly. In summary-you try to charge me 3x what your own website states is the price, then you don't return phone calls, then you don't start the work until after it was already suppose to be completed???? This was strike 2. Strike 1 was about a year ago when they forgot about my vehicle all together. They didn't do the service and then they didn't lock up the keys in the safe (where they keep keys after the shop closes), and I had to go with the manager to check every mechanics bench to find the keys laying around the shop after it had closed. Apparently locking them up for the night is optional. There were a dozen or so keys laying around on various benches or even the ground. But not mine. They weren't in the shop. Guess where they were. In the truck, which was in the parking lot, still waiting to get the service I had scheduled. Good thing it wasn't stolen. More

Used 2015 Suburban, many more issues that were not disclosed #1. Vehicle posted online and was not ready to sell. #2. Was told it would be in like new condition and ready for us to look at. #3. It was not read #1. Vehicle posted online and was not ready to sell. #2. Was told it would be in like new condition and ready for us to look at. #3. It was not ready when we got there after driving 3 hours to come look at it. Was told it would be ready by about 11 am and it was not. They said they would call us when it was ready. It was 2 1/2 hours later that we got the call. #4. When we looked at the vehicle, interior was not clean. There was pink kool-aid all over the floor from the drivers side all the way back to the drivers passenger side. There was food and dirt in every crack and crevice. Seats were dirty. When mentioned to the salesman, he said, I guess I'm not sure what you are seeing. So we pointed it out, but anyone could've seen it wasn't clean. It was extremely obvious. There were also ping dents and 2 pretty significant scratches on the front and back passenger side doors. All 4 wheels were scratched up badly. At that point we were just going to walk away. There was another guy that came out, can't remember his name, but he was our salesmans supervisor. He asked what will it take to get you in the vehicle? We said everything wrong needed to be fixed. There was a detail guy there that looked at the carpet and said he could get all the pink stains out and dye the carpet where needed and it would look close to new. The sales supervisor said he has a guy that can polish up the wheels and they would look new. They will also get the ping dents out and take care of the scratches. Long story short, they talked us in to the vehicle with what we thought was a good price and we would fix the dents and scratches ourselves. They kept the vehicle for 3 days to fix the carpet, wheels and replace a piece of dented trim. We received a call that the vehicle was ready and was told that 1 wheel could not be fixed. We suggested that they take a wheel and tire off another vehicle that matched. The salesman checked on it and called us back and said they could do that. We agreed on a time to meet in Jonesboro. We arranged with friends to take my wife to Jonesboro, Arkansas to get the vehicle. When the vehicle was picked up and my wife brought it back to show me. I observed that all the pink was not out of the carpet, interior was still dirty in most of the cracks and crevices and the wheel that was changed had a different tire on it. I called to speak to the owner, but could never reach one after a week of calling every day and leaving messages. We went on a trip to Missouri camping pulled boat with Sub. and I pulled camper with my truck. Before leaving I thought I would check the air filter and it was terrible dirty - had to be replaced. While at camp I noticed a grinding by back wheel that was changed. In looking under it the the break dust shield was dented in pushing on the wheel. I took a large screwdriver bent it away so it would not wear and scratch. I had to buy 3m tape to fix black trim piece falling off doors. My wife said there was a rattling in the back so I looked where the jack was and it was not put back in holder and neck piece was sticking out and was bent and would not go back in. I assumed when they changed the wheel they used it - it fell and bent the dust shield. Also, noticed car struggled starting some. When we returned home I had Walmart check the battery and it had no cold cranking amps. ( I am the Store Mgr at my Walmart) So I put a new battery in it. What did 172 point checklist cover - should have been replaced at that time. I had called your place again asking for the owner and got a person named Trey and I explained the issues. He decided he he would send someone to get the vehicle and fix the issues and reimburse for the filter and battery. They come got it and gave us a Tahoe to drive. I had took the jack out and put it on a rag so they could see what's wrong with it. We monitored the car ( Onstar) and noticed it stayed in one spot for days and then finally moved and then that morning said it was ready. It was returned to me at my Walmart parking lot in Ash Flat, Ar. Pink color was still not out of the carpet. Said best they could do. Was told they would fix dent and scratches even though we agreed to take of them. Trey said it should never left there that way. Dents/scratches were not repaired. Was told they waxed it -- sorry, duh, that will not fix it. So we accepted it any way - had to have a vehicle. Oh, before we went camping I took my air hose which I suggested to them to do and blew out all the door pockets and around and under the seats and shopped vac up candy, paper, pencil and just dirt. We had our local dent guy to remove the 8 ping dents - looked great. He couldn't do much with scratches too deep but he made them less noticeable. We took the Suburban to a local Auto body repair man and we noticed the front left fender was a black color with green flakes in it, doesn't match the rest of the vehicle color. It's not even the same color. Once noticed it was very noticeable. There was over spray on the rubber molding. We have not got the scratches or fender repainted yet. Next we have to get the shocks checked out because the thing rides pretty rough on any little blemishes in the roads. Also an annoying clicking in the front dash somewhere. We are just VERY dissatisfied with this vehicle and really believe there was NOT a 172 point GM certification checklist completed. My wife wants me to get rid of it and get a different Vehicle. Unfortunately we do not have anything good to say about Jim Keras Chevrolet. Thank you. Mike Alexander. More
