I bought a NEW car and wasn't told it was in 2 bad wrecks. The car was seriously damaged in the front and disabled. The second was serious enough to deploy airbags. I bought it as "unsold inventory fr wrecks. The car was seriously damaged in the front and disabled. The second was serious enough to deploy airbags. I bought it as "unsold inventory from previous year". I would NEVER buy a new car that had been wrecked. After 20 years and 3 new cars in 4 years, this is how they treat me! My family began buying Chevrolets in 1918. One hundred years of Chevy and brand loyalty but I won't buy another or even have my oil changed at a dealer that defrauds customers. The service experience did not meet my expectations. I spent $1400 for analysis and repair "IF" I deemed the value of the repairs were worth keeping the vehicle. Apparently, they did not drive the vehicle or catch a transmission issue that surfaced after the repairs. The vehicle has been sitting in my driveway unable to go into reverse since driving home from your shop. I called and left a message for the service coordinator and now 3-weeks later, still no response. Unfortunately, I have been traveling for work and haven't had the opportunity to shake the peaches off this service department's tree for this unwarranted experience. More
