First Hyundai I so far love my 2017 Santa Fe Sport, roomy and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience at Jim Johnson Hyundai which is surprising to me because I so far love my 2017 Santa Fe Sport, roomy and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience at Jim Johnson Hyundai which is surprising to me because I have purchased two previous vehicles at Jim Johnson Nissan and was not happy at all and had NO plans to purchase from this dealership again. My salesman and the staff on the Hyundai were fantastic and that's what prompted my purchase, I had a Nissan being serviced and was looking around the lot to pass the time and was approached and asked if I like my currant vehicle...big fat NO, absolutely not from day one. My salesman listened to me and provided me with options, no pressure. I would probably purchase from the Hyundai side of Jim Johnson in the future. More

Everything about the sale was explained to me and I am very satisfied with our new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon. I was going down to Bowling Green to drive a Kia Sorento but after driving the Hyundai and talking with the people at Jim Johnson's dealership there was no other place I wanted to buy from. I did go over to the Kia Dealership and after they had set up an appointment for me come in and drive a car, the salesperson I was talking with wasn't even there and after being told they were getting my car all ready for me when I came in, they didn't even have the model I wan't on the lot. I'm glad we went with the Hyundai. More

Fraudulent Practices I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented. The "inspection" the service department had certified has many items signed off that wer I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented.
