I have had problems in the past with servicing my truck. A regular service has taken 3-4 hours. The claim was they had lift problems due to the weight of my truck as I carry equipment all the time. I can tell you I have never had that problem at any other dealership and I have never waited more than 2 hours for servicing. Within the past 6 months, I have seen a considerable difference in service times that more met my expectations and those established by my service contact. Lately, I have had the same service representative, Will Hallmann, who has done an outstanding job of managing my expectations and getting me out the door as quickly as possible. It appears he takes his position personally combined with a highly professional attitude. It truly makes a difference More
