4hours and 15 minutes for a oil change and Programming key d I showe up for car service at 9 o'clock Just to do oil change and Programming key doors and I left 1:15 and all what the did oil change . And after I payed I left to check the Programming key doors lock unlock still not working came back talked to Service guy they check the car again and they told me is going cost $1000 ?? The guy on front said they going check the car again they told me is going cost $1000 the car computer loosen the code . so I ask to talk to manger he don't want talk to me because he's busy . I really don't like to go back again . Bad Service and bad customer service . More

And after all these waiting I finished a walk to my car check the keyfob doesn't work I asked to talk to the manager the manager he don't want talk to me after back-and-forth talking to the employee I get my money back for the Keyfob . I'm sure people come most of the parts for oil change this company they don't know what they doing only they know oil change. Really bad customer service very bad experience no more thank you. More

Very pleasant experience When I arrived and approached showroom, I was greeted by Matt Wheeland who walked the used car lot with me as where I wasn't really interested in To When I arrived and approached showroom, I was greeted by Matt Wheeland who walked the used car lot with me as where I wasn't really interested in Toyota. There was a Honda Pilot on the lot that I was interested in...he was great in showing me any and everything i might be interested in. ..we even looked at Rav4's which was the size I wanted, but did not want black interior. ..he told me we could change interior, but I'm 1 of very few that really doesn't like the lines of the Rav4. He told me he would search online for me which he did and found a Santa Fe Sport that I liked but it was at a Jim H Hyundai dealership, and if I bought it through the Jim H Toyota dealership we would not get the CPO warranty...therfore we ended up going to the JI'm H Hyundai dealer and ended up buying a different Santa Fe there. I was very disappointed that Matt Wheeland was not our final salesman as he had really worked very hard for me, but was never extremely high pressure. Very considerate salesman and new his stuff on the Toyota brand! More

Salesman Brent Frick I gave Brent a call on Monday 13th and told him I needed a good used car for my sister and preferred a Rav 4. He checked and called me right back and I gave Brent a call on Monday 13th and told him I needed a good used car for my sister and preferred a Rav 4. He checked and called me right back and had a trade in the day before. He asked us to come in that afternoon. Brent is great and did the paperwork and he had the car serviced and cleaned up. Best experience. We were complete and out of there by Wednesday afternoon. Would recommend dealership and Brent Frick to anyone who needs a new or used car.
