I’ve been a customer here for a while. Always treated with respect and courtesy no matter who I encounter. Several weeks ago an honest accident was caused by service to my vehicle. Immediately I was assured the JHT would get it absolutely right. Through the several week process that was absolutely the case. Fil the store manager, Tom the salesman, Mr Hartgraves the service manager and many other professionals in various departments that I can’t remember names of all pitched in and made the situation more than right! Mr. Racer was super sweet and helped me to under exactly what I had available on my Premium plan! Brandon Nicholson was also very kind and helpful regarding my tires and the tread left on them. He let me know that I will need to purchase new ones soon but that I was okay for a few more months. Such an amazing experience will definitely keep them as my main dealership to attend !! More

Jim Hudson's Toyota in Irmo did a wonderful job! My brakes went out on my way to the airport in Charleston and I saw Toyota and pulled into their service center. Carlos Rivera was very helpful. He was able to help get my brake pads replaced within two hours. I was on the road again with the new brakes and was able to make my flight. David Bowden was also very helpful while I waited- helping me look at some of the used cars available on the lot and answering any questions I had. More
First let me say this: I've used Jim Hudson service dept for a long time, so even though I gave them one star today, over all this mishap is just a bump in the road. It's not that they didn't correct the p for a long time, so even though I gave them one star today, over all this mishap is just a bump in the road. It's not that they didn't correct the problem; rather the one star is because my service advisor didn't believe me. They changed my oil last week, but old oil was showing up on the dipstick when I checked it at the house. So either they didn't change the filter (which they claimed they did) or it wasn't finished draining and they put the drain plug back on too soon. They need to work on the old adage, "the customer is right" especially when he has pictures to prove it. Update: Can't explain this, but after thoroughly draining my engine oil and replacing it with 0w-20 Mobil 1 synthetic oil, I noticed a slight residue on my dipstick. In the past this never happened. So, Jim Hudson is not to blame. They did their job. My apologies. More
