I grew up in the car business and I been a Toyota customer for almost 20 years; however, I am new to the area and was looking for a new vehicle knowing what I wanted. I monitored the website to narrow my search and Amanda was extremely helpful and arranged for my visit to the dealership and set me up to work with Tom who is a great "car guy". I had brought in print outs from the website of various vehicles I was interested in or as reference. Both Amanda and Tom were truly a pleasure to work with. The rest of the process could have gone smoother and been more transparent. Kendal was able to find a vehicle to bring in but didn't seem like he was trying to make the best impression working a new customer - maybe he was just having an extremely busy day. For instance, in the final sales documentation package there is no trail of going from the MSRP to the price on the sales contract showing discounts, add-ons, etc- something that has been present in every other new vehicle purchase that I have ever been involved in. Arkeyleius is extremely knowledgeable about the service/protection options available although the process seemed a bit rushed. Overall a very good experience on the sales end and I looking forward to an excellent service experience on this new and my other Toyota, trusting that the dealership is interested in cultivating long-term customer relationships More
