I have never had a bad experience at Jim Hudson Toyota and especially in the Service Department. We had a disappointing experience where the sales manager, who never introduced himself, was having a bad day, or just rude. He "offered" a car we didn't want, which was way overpriced based on the w manager, who never introduced himself, was having a bad day, or just rude. He dismissed the "quote" we had received from the "VIP Xchange Manager" and just wasn't very helpful. More

Was more than pleased with my visit. Ben Turner took time to evaluate how I use my Toyota and then to recommend the best approach for this service visit based on my individual vehicle use. I had to have my Prius towed in. Ben Turner was my service manager and was very helpful in my understanding what repairs were required and their cost. I have had my Prius serviced at Jim Hudson Toyota since I bought it in 2013, and have had excellent service and support. It's worth it to me to make the drive out to Irmo for the quality service. The experience I had was GREAT! Mr. David Bowden is for whom I was working with I he could not have been more better to work with.
