I had an appointment with Fred Anderson Toyota scheduled for 7:30; after waiting for almost 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation; I told the service advisor to give me back my keys that I would go t for 7:30; after waiting for almost 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation; I told the service advisor to give me back my keys that I would go to Jim Hudson; long story short I explained my situation, I was worked in and out in less than an hour. I will not be going back to Fred Anderson/Peter Boulware dealership in the future. Why would you buy a dealership and not pay for all of the computer programs from Toyota is beyond me; Peter Boulware’s dealership is calling other dealerships checking to see if a vehicle is under warranty... Really.... this is unacceptable. Thanks to the service guys at Jim Hudson; I’ll be back. More
