This team always goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I would note that recommending changing spark plugs and brake fluid at 60k miles is service that should not be recommended. I know that is what the "book" says but with unleaded fuel and the braking system being a sealed system these should not be needed until the car hits 100k miles. When I have my Lexus serviced, I expect friendly and superb service. I was not disappointed. Beginning with my phone call to Mrs. Daniels to schedule the service appointment to the completion of my serv superb service. I was not disappointed. Upon entering the service lane, I was greeted by one of the workers. I informed him of my 8:00 a.m. appointment with Mr. Alston. Mr. Alston and I exchanged greetings. In his office, he explained the scheduled service and completed the forms for a loaner. I informed Mr. Alston the battery in my key required changing and he replaced it. Before returning to the Dealership, I received a video from Mr. Younts explaining the completed service. He also related my 450H may require new brakes at the next service. Upon returning to the Dealership, Mr. Alston explained the completed service and the possibility of requiring brakes at the next service. After paying for the service, Mr. Alston directed me to my clean 450H. As usual, I received friendly superb service from the Lexus team. More
