Also, Shaun was very helpful and attentive during the service visit. In vast contrast, my experience with the Charleston Lexus dealership was a big disappointment and that is why I chose to go to Columbia. After having made an appointment in Charleston a week prior to my scheduled visit, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled due to their computer system being down. I immediately called to make another appointment and was told someone would call me back which never happened. When I made another attempt to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be at least another week before I could be rescheduled. I would not recommend the Charleston Lexus dealership. Poor customer service and follow-up. More

Excellent Customer Service My alternator went out and left me stranded on my way to Atlanta for the weekend last Friday afternoon. The emergency flashers would not even work. My alternator went out and left me stranded on my way to Atlanta for the weekend last Friday afternoon. The emergency flashers would not even work. I have had my Lexus in to the maintenance dept several months ago and the alternator checked out but I have had to have my Interstate battery replaced 3 maybe 4 times over the last several years. Lexus seemed to be puzzled that my batteries were not lasting very long which makes me suspicious the alternator was draining the batteries all along. I received a new battery this time without a charge. That's the sorry on the car...now about the service department. Everyone in the maintenance department was so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they found me a loaner car on a late Friday afternoon. Jim Hudson has a topnotch service department and excellent customer service. Shaun was excellent to work. Thank you for fixing my car in a very speedy fashion. More
