In vast contrast, my experience with the Charleston Lexus dealership was a big disappointment and that is why I chose to go to Columbia. After having made an appointment in Charleston a week prior to my scheduled visit, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled due to their computer system being down. I immediately called to make another appointment and was told someone would call me back which never happened. When I made another attempt to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be at least another week before I could be rescheduled. I would not recommend the Charleston Lexus dealership. Poor customer service and follow-up. More
