When the service was completed, approximately 45 minutes, Mr. Alston explained the findings, i.e., tread and brake wear. He was very professional, as usual, and lead me to my washed Lexus. More

Great Service Visit Service advisor was Rusty MacDonald who did an excellent job. I only had one issue with a rattle near the front right door which occurred when I was driving at speed on the Interstate.. I was told the technician and service manager tested the car and found the toneau cover was loose in the back. After I left, Rusty called to check if the problem was resolved. I told him I didn't notice the sound, but I hadn't yet been on the Interstate and I would get back to him if it still persisted. More

Because it was going to take longer than expected, I was offered a loaner vehicle to go t Recently, my car was being serviced at the Lexus dealership. Because it was going to take longer than expected, I was offered a loaner vehicle to go to the store. I was gone about an hour and it made my day much easier because I was able to run some errands. My family only buys cars (six so far) from the Hudson Dealerships because we trust them to always do the right thing. More
