I initially wanted to have my car serviced here while I waited but with my work schedule, I couldn't get to the dealership until 4:00 at the earliest and they said they couldn't get it done in time while I waited and that I would need to get a ride or a loaner. I reserved a loaner vehicle to take home and pick up my car the next day. When I arrived, I was told they dont have a loaner for me but they could get the car done while I waited if that would be easier, which is what I originally wanted! 5 out 5 stars for working with me and getting my car serviced while I waited. More

Powered Up I was surprised to discover a dead battery when I tried to start my car. I received a "jump" and headed to the dealership to get my electrical system I was surprised to discover a dead battery when I tried to start my car. I received a "jump" and headed to the dealership to get my electrical system checked for any drainage on the system. Lucky to find the problem was a faulty battery. They stood by their product and replaced the battery. Thank you Mr. Austin for your competent analysis and great outcome. More
