However, this week I had to take it to the dealership because of the time frame I was working with but I was able to get a loaner vehicle and then Mr. Bill brought my car back the next day. So this was the first time I have actually gone into the service dept. Shaun Crosier was the service rep I worked with. He really made it an easy process. I lost one of my smart keys (a costly mistake) and Shaun took care of getting a replacement and the rest of the routine maintenance. I’m so impressed with how they treat each car like it is a brand new one. It is very evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority. More
