Over the course of 14 years, we have donated 14,000,000 meals to the Harvest Hope Food Bank through their annual Jim Hudson 2000 Event. The Automotive Group also provides shelter, food, clothing and counseling to homeless women and children by donating to the Oliver Gospel Mission for their new construction of Toby’s Place facility. Jim Hudson has also donated a blood mobile, 3 Emergency Response Vehicles, 2 Vans to the American Red Cross and donates regularly to other local charities including the American Heart Association, Special Olympics, D.A.R.E., and The South Carolina Troopers Association. In addition, Jim Hudson has personally served as a sponsor for the charitable organizations of Lexington Medical Center Foundation, March of Dimes, Prisma Health Foundation, SC Highway patrol foundation and The Boy Scouts of American Indian Waters Council. In recognition for all his charitable work, Jim Hudson was presented with the Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest honor, for his extraordinary work and dedication to the citizens of SC. I pretty much chose when I could bring in my car and they finished the service on it in less time than anticipated. The facilities were very clean and customer oriented. Warranty airbag replacement From the time I drove up to drop our car off for it's appointment to have the airbag replaced under warranty until I dropped off the loaner car the ne From the time I drove up to drop our car off for it's appointment to have the airbag replaced under warranty until I dropped off the loaner car the next day, the service department lived up to what I expected of Lexus. There was a very nice Lexus RX350 waiting for me to "borrow" until our car was ready. Our car was ready when expected, but since we had also asked for a couple of small parts to be ordered for us and they wouldn't be available until the next day, I was told to keep the loaner for another day. Unfortunately, when I arrived the next afternoon, only 1 of the 2 parts could be found, so another order had to be placed. Yes, these things can and do happen. The staff was very apologetic and promptly ordered the part again and called me when it arrived. All of the staff was courteous and helpful. We look forward to working with Jim Hudson Lexus in the future. More
