I told Mark what I was looking for we talk briefly on that evening and again the next day. on thursday my mind was made up. The dealership is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Our sales associate was Darryn Russ and he was so great to work with. He is so knowledgeable about all the features on the LS460. He really made us feel like we were his most important customers of the day. Sam McElveen, one of the business managers, made the purchasing process so easy. No high pressure to buy anything extra. Even though this was a pre-owned vehicle we were treated like we had just purchased the newest and most expensive vehicle in the showroom. They even put the big red bow on it just like the Lexus commercials. More
