My experience was nothing short of exceptional with Jim Hudson Lexus. I communicated primarily with Kyle Reed and Vince Ciuffo prior to purchasing my vehicle. They were easy to communicate with and ensured that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Everything from the test drive to the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Jacob Parks was very informative regarding all of the vehicle features and during the test drive. I reviewed the finance paperwork with Mike Hill. Mike explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Vince, the sales manager, went above and beyond in ensuring that my experience at Jim Hudson was excellent. I never felt pressured to purchase and felt that I was fully informed before making my purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from Jim Hudson. Definitely worth driving from Charlotte for! More
