He let us test drive 2 vehicles, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and very careful with me (an worrisome buyer). We purchased a SUV and Juan made the whole experience great. Before we were able to pick up the vehicle, we received a car to see if we were alright and did we have any questions. When we came back to pick up, Juan spent over an hour going over the details and technology. Definitely a great individual and a great company to purchase a car from! More

Not only because this dealership was the only one that had the car I wanted with the features I wanted but also because of my customer service experience. JJ is the ultimate professional. He rolled out the red carpet and gave us VIP treatment. The BIG red bow that sat on top of the car in the showroom with a sign indicating that it was reserved especially for me was a nice touch along with the welcome we received when we arrived. JJ was very efficient and had us on our way in no time. He is very courteous, personable and a proud Army Vet. :-) After the sale, which is sometimes more important than the actual sale, I continued to receive excellent customer service. He checked to make sure we arrived home safely and that we were still satisfied with our purchase. In addition, this week I ran into a warranty concern and took my car to Butler Lexus of South Atlanta. When I did not get results or the customer service I expected, I contacted JJ in Columbia. He immediately went to work to resolve the issue. It was resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction via text.
