Customer Experience We purchased our first Lexus a couple of years ago from Mark Wickman and he was exceptional during the process. It was not the typical car buying experience that we had been used to in the past. I can honestly say there is not even a close second to the level of service that both Mark and the dealership provided. It was this experience that made me consider Mark and Jim Hudson for the next purchase for my daughter. Mark had been keeping his eyes open for months for a couple of types of cars and kept me posted as I had requested. After driving the IS200t Mark had located for us my daughter wanted to test drive a 4Runner. She did not like the one on site so Mark showed us one at Jim Hudson Toyota. We went over and test drove that one and had it transferred over. I would not want to deal with anyone but Mark so the extra couple of drives from Chapin was no problem. Mark and Jim Hudson will have our business from now on. Thank you for going the extra mile in all that you do to please your customers. Happy customers come back! More
