But I was unfamiliar with anyone in the Sales organization. My Service rep introduced me to Rusty McDonnald and Rusty did a fantastic job to access my needs and match them. He did a great job explaining the differences between my car and the one I eventually purchased. And then followed up to make sure I understood the new technology.
