Had an issue with lightning striking near my brand new Lexus RX350 and creating havoc with some electronics. Jared Goodman was my Service Advisor and he professionally guided the process of troubleshooti Lexus RX350 and creating havoc with some electronics. It took a few days for parts but they provided a quality loaner. I now have my car back and it is 100% repaired. More
