My wife and I made a 300 mile round trip to purchase a vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. Upon our arrival the vehicle was not there and it took f vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. Upon our arrival the vehicle was not there and it took four calls before I was advised it had been sold but would not tell me when. Wasted time and money on top or poor customer service. More

A good experience. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. I was not sure about getting the right deal. My sales consultant, Jamie Williams, was very courteous a I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. I was not sure about getting the right deal. My sales consultant, Jamie Williams, was very courteous and not pushy. He understood that I wanted the best trade-in possible as I was trading in a vehicle that was paid for and in great condition. It took a while, but we finally came to a deal I felt was fair. He was very patient and knowledgable . I am thrilled with my new car and can't stop looking at it. More

It was awful I guess as a gay man I should have realized taking my mother to go car shopping in the south would be welcomed with chauvinism and homophobia. Finally after the price of one of their vehicles couldn't be negotiated at all and one of the dealers implied we couldn't read we walked out. Their response was have a nice day ladies. Wow. I have no words for the place in xxxx I must have just visited. Never go here. Thank god I got a great deal on my new Land Rover! More
