From the moment my wife and I entered Jim Hudson Lexus we were greeted warmly by reception desk and several sales staff. John Nash was referred to me by a friend from another dealership that I had known for were greeted warmly by reception desk and several sales staff. John Nash was referred to me by a friend from another dealership that I had known for years and he was the sales person we had come to see and do business with. John Nash took us in his office and was very nice and courteous us and made us feel very comfortable. After we told him which vehicle we were wanting to purchase and buy, he told us that the exact vehicle was not on the lot but he would do his best to check the manufacturing place to see if one was in the process of being made. None was at that meeting but he took our contact information and would keep us informed if and when one would be available. 3 days later he reached out and said that the exact vehicle with the exterior and interior colors, options and packages would be made on January 30th and be delivered about 3 weeks later. So with a deposit to reserve our vehicle was done. From that point John kept us up to date with our vehicles process. Then on February 23rd our vehicle was delivered to us and John had made all the arrangements for our finance appointment and a technical employee to go over all the features of our new car. So from start to finish Jim Hudson's Lexus dealership in Augusta, GA made us feel great and then made sure we were happy with our new Vehicle purchase. So I highly recommend Jim Hudson Lexus if your looking for a luxury car purchase. More
I get great service at Jim Hudson Lexus. I have purchased five vehicles from them and will continue to use them for my vehicle needs. I thought I had a problem with my new LX and called the dealership at 4 pm in a Saturday afternoon. Dewey Wilson and Matt brought a car to my house that afternoon and took my LX in for a look on Monday morning. Fortunately there was nothing wrong and and I was able to get my car back before 9 am. I love the service and the way I am greeted anytime I visit the dealership. I don’t plan to purchase a vehicle from any other dealership. More

I purchased a 2023 Lexus 350 from Jim Hudson Lexus. While normally car buying is an adversarial relationship, my experience was completely different. John Nash was the sales person I'd talked with via While normally car buying is an adversarial relationship, my experience was completely different. John Nash was the sales person I'd talked with via phone and by email. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He took time to go over the highlights of the car and then brought it around front of the dealership so I could easily see the interior. He worked to get me the best price on my trade-in. That paid off the remainder of the car loan and left a substantial amount for a down payment. I had planned to pay for the car in full, but John went over the advantages of using financing and then select a payoff time that worked best for me. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and professional. Once the paperwork was finished, they gave me a thumb drive with all the paperwork on it. Then I was introduced to Zach, one of the tech guys. He spent time going over all the features of the Lexus 350 making sure that I knew how to use everything. That said, Zach said to come back anytime to get a refresher on any of the features of the car. Throughout the experience, everyone there made me feel like the most valued customer that ever walked in the door. After preparing and detailing the car, John and Zach walked me back to the garage area. There was my new Lexus, complete with a huge bow on the roof. I'd seen that a lot on TV and thought that's just a TV thing. But not at Jim Hudson Lexus! John provided me with ways to reach out to him if any problems arose with my car. I was invited back the following week to have lunch with him in their restaurant. From the initial greeting through driving off the lot, I had a terrific experience.
