Better than expected We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment and were immediately greeted and told that Tom would be with us right away. Tom took care of getting us in quickly and advising that our call would take approx. an hour. The service call took about 40 minutes. We waited in your customer lounge and enjoyed a cup of coffee.
