Ripped off I have taken my truck in for service at Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington several times and have spent a great deal of money there. I have been skeptical o I have taken my truck in for service at Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington several times and have spent a great deal of money there. I have been skeptical of their pricing but figured it's a little high because it's a dealer. Today I feel totally violated and ripped off. They have lost a loyal customer for good. I will not take another vehicle in for service nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. I was totally price gouged and surprised with the bill. I have checked with other reputable repair shops and have found that I paid "Hundreds" too much. When I questioned the service agent why the parts seemed to be so outrageous all he could say was, "well there are really good parts." Please shop around and make sure you get a solid quote in writing. More
