Disappointed Although I gave them a low rating, this has been my first bad experience with Jim Hudson.Took my vehicle in for 50,000 mile check. Back left axle need Although I gave them a low rating, this has been my first bad experience with Jim Hudson.Took my vehicle in for 50,000 mile check. Back left axle needed to be replaced. They had my truck from Friday to Tuesday. I work 10hour shifts, so had to use friend’s vehicle to get to work. No one could seem to tell when part was coming in. Also, was charged for tire rotation that was not done- I know this because I had gotten stuck in the mud a few weeks ago and the muddy tires were still on the back!! So disappointed in these guys. More

After two and one half years of a problem, denial of a most annoying rattle within the dash by another Ford dealer and denial of warranty service rega After two and one half years of a problem, denial of a most annoying rattle within the dash by another Ford dealer and denial of warranty service regarding the issue, Service Advisor Chris Weaver carefully listened to my details of the problem and service personnel verified its existence. The vehicle is scheduled for repair tomorrow. In addition, a recall involving a latch replacement of both sliding doors (it is a Ford mini-van) was completed in one and a half hours with no damage to the vehicle or issues involving the repairs.
