Bob Hargrave and the service department were excellent. My truck was brought in first on a flat bed to Dick Smith Ford and they were rude, rude rude. Called my dealership in Florida and they gave me Jim Hudson Ford's number. I called them, they said have truck there in A.M., which we did. They looked at vehicle as soon as their doors opened & let us stay in their parking lot the night before in our motorhome. They ordered parts and keep us up to date on everything. They are very professional and courteous. I really appreciate all their help and the hard work Mr. Hargrave and his staff provided for us. More
