Service call person - NOT HAPPY Couple weeks ago I called an made appointment for today for oil change, tires & windshield washer. Told girl I needed work done in 1 visit & that I ne Couple weeks ago I called an made appointment for today for oil change, tires & windshield washer. Told girl I needed work done in 1 visit & that I needed tires ordered & there. She replied yes ma'am will take care of it. Went in today & NO TIRES. Service person said that she said that conversation didn't happen ... Basically calling me a liar. NOT HAPPY More

Fixed both of our cars, GREAT Bob H. IS the BEST!!! Bob Hargrave in the service Dept. is great. Been to many other Ford shops in Fla. and Ky. He is the BEST!!! Edge A/C problem. Fixed!!! Could not ask for better. My experience was outstanding. Ken Matthews handled everything as well as I could have hoped for. My 2018 Mustang was in for routine maintenance, an My experience was outstanding. Ken Matthews handled everything as well as I could have hoped for. My 2018 Mustang was in for routine maintenance, and warranty repair for a minor body fit issue. Ken explained exactly what was going to happen, assisted with my picking up a loaner car, and when all was said and done, explained any action I may need to take if I wasn't completely satisfied with the repair, or the fit issue reappeared. (Slight bumper buckle where bumper meets right-rear quarter panel.) Ken also noted that my car appeared to have been sitting outside at the body shop, so he also had it thoroughly cleaned, both interior and exterior. The car looked better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, I am embarrassed to say! Thanks to everyone there who had any part of my maintenance experience. I truly do appreciate the time and effort everyone put in to make it a truly great experience. I know it's a team effort when all the working parts need to be planned, coordinated, and undertaken. Thanks again, and I look forward to keeping my business with Jim Hudson Ford. More
