I wish other places paid as much attention to greeting their customers with respect and a willingness to help. I had to take my vehicle to them for a recall issue and they promptly scheduled my appointment, when it was convenient for me, I wasn't a prisoner to their schedule. When I dropped it off I was greeted in the bay area and directed to the interior where within minutes my vehicle was logged in and off I went. I received emails and texts regarding both the appointment and when my car was completed. Could not have been more happy with this dealership. Thank you for the awesome customer service. More

Better service the last two times I have had a few times where service was not stellar. I feel that if my service lasts the whole day, I should be driven home even though I live in Irm I have had a few times where service was not stellar. However, the last two visits have been great and my service advisor, Ken Matthews, was awesome. The second time I came in, he remembered my name. He is always kind and smiling. More

I recently had an issue with a "restraint warning annunciator" in my Ford Mustang, and my Ford Pass app (awesome app!) informed me about it after I go I recently had an issue with a "restraint warning annunciator" in my Ford Mustang, and my Ford Pass app (awesome app!) informed me about it after I got home and was away from the vehicle. I scheduled my service with Jim Hudson, and Ken Matthews handled everything as he always has for me. Flawlessly. Chris was also helpful when I picked up the vehicle, and Ken was not there. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, and the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I dealt with while there. Thanks again for an excellent experience, and just one more reason I will keep using Jim Hudson Ford for all of my needs. More
