Superb customer service in the service department! I purchased my used Ford out of state. When I needed warranty work, I went to Jim Hudson. Initially, it looked like the repairs weren't going to be I purchased my used Ford out of state. When I needed warranty work, I went to Jim Hudson. Initially, it looked like the repairs weren't going to be covered. However, Shawn Mills in the service department went the extra mile. He had to call the prior-authorization number at the Ford Warranty Department and talk with the representatives there at length about the needed repairs. Eventually, the costly repairs were verified to be covered under the premium care warranty. He provided top-notch customer service, and I left a happy Ford owner! More
