Above and beyond I had just purchased a 2019 F150 Supercab 5.0 in Virginia the week before in mid-October 2019. While in Columbia, SC the cylinder head temperature sen I had just purchased a 2019 F150 Supercab 5.0 in Virginia the week before in mid-October 2019. While in Columbia, SC the cylinder head temperature sensor went out around 4pm while getting on to the interstate. I pulled off at the next exit and called one local dealership that told me they wouldn't do anything for me and to call Ford, I then called Jim Hudson Ford where Catherine took my call and worked me through contacting Ford roadside to get my truck to the dealership. Being 80 miles from home, and close to closing time, Catherine and Allan arranged for me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle could be repaired. My vehicle was towed to the dealership, and the loaner vehicle was waiting for me, getting the keys and completing the necessary paperwork with the salespeople. While this may be what Jim Hudson does on a regular basis, it is obviously above and beyond what any other dealerships will do, thanks to people like Catherine and Allan. The work was completed in a timely manner as warranty work, feeling confident it was done with the same care. Thank you Catherine, and thank you, Allan!! More

Service for recalled items I was notified by mail of 2 recall items for my 2019 F-250. Both items were safety related so I wanted to get the recalls fixed as soon as possible.
