Chris I have worked with your service advisor Chris Weaver for many years with my 2010 Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for the 120,000 mile check up. Chris was great as usual. He knows that I am a retired veteran and being on a fixed income. He advised me on the items that needed immediate attention and which ones I could hold off on until next month so as not to leave me strapped for cash the rest of the month. I would feel uncomfortable having to discuss my personal financial situation with anyone us. He is and has always treated me with the greatest respect and courtesy. This visit cost me over $600 but now I feel safe knowing that I can get the next $500 completed next month. I did not feel pressured into going without having some monies left over for this month and part of next. It has saved me a considerable amount of unnecessary stress. Thank You, Michael VanDiver More

General service, issue with wipers I needed a general service and oil change. I had several recalls that needed to be done. I am having an issue with my automatic wipers. I'm waiting to see if the wipers work properly now (waiting for rain). I need to follow up and see if the recalls were done. They aren't reflected in my online information. They called me throughout the process and let me know what was happening. He even gave me his personal cell number so that I could call him back between work meetings, etc. I found out I needed new tires. Wasn't a complete surprise. And went back the following Monday for those. More
New Taurus Purchase I went to my local ford dealership to look for a new car. The salesman came out to greet us was very professional and very polite. I advised him what we were looking for and he assured me that he could find us the right car. After showing us several cars, we purchased a new 2018 Taurus. The dealership worked hard to get to the price point I needed to be at. But the most important reason that made us purchase this car was our salesman, James Fraley. His knowledge and demeanor clearly made us feel welcome and made this an enjoyable experience. Great Job by all. More
2017 Ford Raptor 2 recalls and scheduled maintenance Great experience with my first service. Had two recalls to deal with at the same time. One was a transmission pin so no easy/quick task. I planned to work out of the complementary workstation room that has plenty of wall jacks for me to hookup my laptop etc. While they thought it might take all day or even be an overnighter, I was in at 8:30am and out at 2:30pm. Long time, true, but like I said two recalls, one major, and the scheduled service. BTW - ordered Jimmy Johns for lunch and had it delivered so I was all set just as if I was working from home. More
