Ernesto Averez did me right I had been casually searching for a new Mustang GT convertible for a couple of years. I test drove a couple at a couple different dealerships, but we I had been casually searching for a new Mustang GT convertible for a couple of years. I test drove a couple at a couple different dealerships, but we could never come to terms (too little trade-in value for my '08 Mustang, no discounts on the new vehicle, etc.). Last week, I contacted y'all concerning a new Mustang GT convertible that I spotted on your site from one of the "general search sites" (cars.com, autotrader.com -- I don't recall which one), so I did a search of your inventory & discovered y'all actually had 2 cars that I was interested in -- 31509 & 31360. Long story short, Ernesto was really patient with my requests for additional info on both vehicles, & as a result I settled on the more expensive of the two (31360), mainly because of the polished aluminum wheels. Y'all came up with an offer on my '08 Mustang that was in line with what KBB had, which made me happy, plus several discounts were available as well. My only complaint is that the entire process from start to finish took longer than I thought it should have -- including the looking at the 2 vehicles I was interested in & the test drive, I was there for over 4 hours total. More
