As a retired Engineer (and car enthusiast) I spent over a month evaluating all SUV in our price range. I ecommunicated with over a dozen dealerships and brands during that time. We performed an extensive test drive cycle of the top three vehicles, the Ford Explorer Limited, Honda Pilot Touring & Toyota Highlander Limited.. All three met our requirements. However, the final decision boiled down to the dealership, Value, and the bottom line price. While it had been over 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle, I had purchased over a dozen new vehicles in my lifetime. I admit that I am a bit of a car guy and a techie, but I really liked the on line shopping experience offered by most dealers in the area. What sets Jim Hudson Ford apart from the rest is that their Internet Sales Manager (Chris Dawkins) was a very experienced automotive expert, not just someone to answer the online requests. This made the transition from requesting information, to visiting the dealership, taking test drives, and closing the deal was all with the same contact.
